	Water Tax Committee Vote Delayed
	The Senate Environment Committee May 8 delayed a scheduled vote on legislation that would ask voters to constitutionally dedicate an as yet undetermined increase in the water tax to preserve open space.

	Despite tremendous business opposition, Governor Jon Corzine on May 2 made good on his pledge to sign legislation making NJ only the third state in the nation to provide all employees with up to six weeks of paid family leave.
