NJBIA Policy Committees

NJBIA is a membership-driven organization that relies on its members to help develop its positions on policy issues. You can become involved in the important process of developing the Association's agenda for legislative and regulatory action by joining one of our policy committees. Each committee is comprised of NJBIA members from many different businesses who share a common interest in a particular area of concern.

The committees review legislation and regulations affecting environmental compliance, labor costs, human resource issues, healthcare, taxation, energy, education, and economic development. Each committee provides an excellent opportunity to exchange information, network with colleagues and stay informed about key issues and trends. NJBIA members are encouraged to join one or more of these committees. Your participation and expertise adds strength to the voice of business.

A brief description and staff contact for each policy committee is provided below. If you would like to receive more information about a particular policy, please e-mail the listed staff contact.
